The cylindrical battery production line ordered by the regular Russian customer of TMAX is now  shipped, which includes mixer, electrode roller press machine, sealing machine for cylindrical cell, battery testers, electrode coating machine and other lithium battery assembly machines. These equipment can double the production capacity for customers. In February 2021, Uzbek customers ordered the battery pack assembly machine from Tmax company. After four months of production and commissioning, all the machines have been finished. At the end of June, we send out all equipment with spare parts to the customers.

Austria customer customized an electrode coating machine 2020-10-20 Austria customer customized an electrode coating machine In May 2020, Austrian Bluesky Energy contacted Xiamen Tmax Battery Equipments Limited and proposed to customize an electrode coating machine with a 4-meter-long oven and a 280mm-wide oven. The engineer provided the customer with a drawing of the customized coating machine within three days. After a week of communication and correction, the final machine style was determined. In July 2020, we formally signed the agreement. After more than two months of customization and production, the machine was officially completed. After our engineers know their experiment purpose, experiment production demand ect, and recommend suitable machine equipment such as Roll slitting machine, Ultrasonic Welding Machine and Cutter Machine to them. After the discussion of their technicians and the competition with more than ten companies, we have gained advantages in price, quality and service. We signed the contract in mid February. Finish European Custom Coater 2020-03-14 In January 2020, a new year comes with new visitors, we are honored to have the customers from Europe came to visit our company. They need to customize two coaters with 15 meters long drying oven for battery cathode and anode coating. After one day's communication, we have finalize the machine drawing and related details for purchasing, delivery, field installation. After two months of production, the machine has been done in a good condition. We have taken operation videos and pictures to customers for their final check and they were very satisfied about it. The goods were delivered at the end of March. Happily, we have now confirmed a new order with us about the 400 * 450 roller press, look forward to our further cooperation.

Russian Customers Highly Praise TMAX 2019-06-19 In November 2018, our Russian customers purchased a production line of cylindrical lithium iron batteries with a daily output of 2,000 from TMAX. After 5 months of design and customization, it was successfully completed on May 22, 2019. On June 2, 2019, seven Russian engineers came to our factory. Cooperation with the University of Eastern Finland 2019-03-19 In January 2019, the University of Eastern Finland visited the TMAX factory. And on the same day, signed a contract with TMAX for the pouch cell experimental line order. After two months of production, TMAX has completed 10 sets equipment (including forming machine, die cutting machine, roller press, coater, mixer, ultrasonic spot welder, etc.). On March 10, the University of Eastern Finland came to the TMAX factory for inspection. They are very recognized for our equipment. On March 15, 2019, all equipment were shipped by air under freight insurance. We hope to have the opportunity to work again with the University of Eastern Finland.

On-site Installation For Indian Customer 2018-11-19 On July 10, 2018, a university research institute in India purchased 12 sets pouch cell experimental equipment (including calendering machine, coating machine, stacking machine, heat sealer, forming machine, etc.) from Tmax. After 4 months of hard work, the production is completed. On November 15th, 2018, our chief engineer, Mr. Hua, went to India to help customers install all the equipment. And train them how to operate the machine.

Successful Delivery of One Production Line 2018-10-24 A Russian manufacturer of lithium batteries purchased a small pouch cell production line from Tmax in July this year. The machine includes 5 Liter Tri-Shaft Planetary Vacuum Mixer Machine, Ultrasonic Metal Welding Machine, Electrode Die Cutter,roll to sheet cutting machine, Oil Pressure Control Roller Press Machine Diameter, Semi-Automatic Vacuum Sealing Machine, Stacking Machine, and the like. On September 30th, these machines were shipped in a 40HQ container. In the near future, they also intends to purchase a cylindrical battery production line from Tmax. The cooperation of Tmax and University of Heidelberg 2018-09-25 On September 20th, the pecvd stove purchased by the University of Heidelberg was finally shipped. We did a 24-hour sample test before shipping. The purpose is to improve the stability of the test machine. We offer 15 accessories to the University of Heidelberg free of charge.
