7、 Operating procedures

(1) Put the electrode piece on the vacuum plate, start the power supply, turn on the vacuum, and the pole piece is adsorbed on the vacuum plate;

(2) Put the film applicator on the electrode piece and put the coating paste into it;

(3) Open the coating, and the coating device will automatically push the film applicator to walk and paint automatically;

(4) Take out the film applicator and push rod, cover the heating cover, set the heating temperature and time, and then heat and dry;

(5) After drying, turn over the hot cap, take out the coated electrode, and reset the coating device;

8、 Maintenance methods and precautions

1. Before each work, wipe the coating head and body carefully with a soft cloth dipped with alcohol to keep it clean.

2. The coating head, differentiator and other high-precision parts should not be collided, handle with care, and adjust the differentiator symmetrically and evenly.

3. Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners of each part to prevent loosening and prevent product quality accidents.
